The following package provides a notification that the position of an object is changed by creating a red rectangle around the object. 
For this purpose the event handler "SetAttributeValue" is used, which is triggered after the the position of an object is changed.

If you accept the change in the notebook of the object the notification (red rectangle) disappears.
