Dear ADOxx Team,

I try to log in using the administration toolkit, but this is not possible as "The user "Admin" is already logged in to ADOxx! The login process has been stopped.". I think this issue comes up due to an hard reset of windows. Any idea how to log in now?

Thanks and all the best,

Philipp

The issue here relates to a lost database connection between the client and the database server. The reason for that can be a network reset (communication to/from ODBC interface over TCP/IP). The user is then blocked for about 5min and should be again available for login afterwards. In case this does not solve the problem, please try to restart the database server (via the Microsoft Windows Service Manager - "Run" -> "services.msc").

In case this does not solve the issue, please let us know to investigate further!

Dear Wilfrid,

I tried to:
- restart the SQL server
- stop and start the SQL server
- restart of the whole system

But no change :-/

Best regards,

Philipp

Hi Philipp,

thank you for providing these details - there seems to be an issue on DB level, that the clean-up of views does not operate correctly. Please get in touch with us to support you in migrating existing implementation to a new DB.

Hello Wilfrid,

Thank you for extracting the models and library. It works quite well with the new database.

Best regards,

Philipp
